Department of Children, Youth and Families Social Worker Home Visist |
|||
Supported provider and child with the courtesy social worker monthly home visit. Social worker was informed by the provider that child would be returning to bio mother permanently. Social worker was surprised but proceeded with questions and updates with provider regarding child. It is evident that the King County Social Worker does not keep the Pierce County Courtesy Social Worker up to date with at least the information of child returning home to bio mother. |
