Consultation with Provider and their concerns of the child and the different displays of attitudes and defiance. Provider gets stressed when dealing with the different behaviors. Provider is thankful that the child is not as difficult as they could be especially dealing with this type of situation. Continuously being separated from mother and removed from home after just getting a routine going. Consulted with Provider that it is possible child is going through separation anxiety and readjustment disorder and probably needs counseling. Provider will look into places for child that are close to where the family lives |
