Met with grandson of provider at school to discuss his allergies to peanuts products and the risk that they pose . We talked about diet and how ways to protect himself from accidental contact when eating out. We talked about his relationship with provider he is thinking he is doing better, and a plan that makes sense that we have some kind of on going conversation to teach him the the 5C skills to support well with the provider’s perception of his behavior. Practice diet work will begin this month. |
