Notes for this Consultation
Provider shared that the day became a bit stressful as the child had woke up runny nose, coughing, and sort of scratchy throat. Provider was not exoecting this and had to first protect herself just in case and then provided him with his albuterol treatment by the nebulizer and other medicine and remedies. There was no fever. All this took place while he had class that he was not paying attention in and had to leave early. Stated she gave him a shower and made him lay back down until lunch time. Provider also had work assignments that had to be completed so a semi tough day.
