Contacted by provider and informed that the laptop that child was using was not connecting to the large screen for the child’s online class. Suggested to provider to try and switch laptops and see if it’s a connection issue. Provider tried and believes there is a shortage in the cord to the large monitor, stressful moment. Provider also asked for masks if available. Will put a request in resource support system.
