Notes for this Consultation
Consultation with Provider. Provider had agreed to watch child for the weekend. Provider shared she went 45 minutes to pickup child from school but only took her about 35 because of the might traffic grin the shelter in place. Provider shared that mother is essential worker. Provider also stated that child seemed to be excited to see her and a lil sad to have to be out of school. Child was talking about being in school for almost a long time. Child also shared that they had friends and that everyone was the same age 5 in a half and six. Provider and child seemed to being enjoying time together in the car and child asked about the park, but Provider had to explain they were choose due to COVID. Encouraged provider to keep setting good examples to allow child to maintain good standards in life.
