Notes for this Consultation
Since COVID-19 Provider has been supporting child and gave recap on the weekend visit with the child. Provider shared that the weekend went ok, the child listened somewhat as this has been an issue ever since returning full-time to mother. Provider had to redirect child on their “talking back” and following through on requests & demands. Provider also shared that they have to constantly remind child to wipe after using the bathroom and also washing their hands with soap. Continued to encourage Provider to keep with the follow-through and the redirection as it will be helpful to child’s development. Provider kept watch over their and child’s temperature and other symptoms. Reminded provider that these are the important times in the child’s life and having her is a safe haven from what can be craziness at child’s home.
