Phone consultation with provider and shared how there has been limited contact with the child and family since the rise of COVID-19. Provider is in the high risk category with having an underlying illness. Provider has shared that if they come, they are checked and wash their hands, and no coughing. Provider also discussed that child’s parents had an argument when the child called to the mother and said that the father’s significant other and him having an argument and the significant other hit the car as child was in it. Provider and mother have decided not to let child go back with father when significant other is around.
