Notes for this Consultation
Phone consultation with Provider and was pleased to update that her lawyer was able to reduce her sentence down to reckless driving, keeping her put of jail. She also explained that she would have to do 180 hours of community service that of which individual counseling and outpatient services for substance abuse. Discussed that everyone in the home is taking all precautions on keeping the home clean and safe especially for the baby in the midst of this pandemic. They also shared that baby is crawling well and is getting into everything and have baby gates and baby proofed areas of the home.
