Notes for this Consultation
Youngest grandson is not talking (1.6 years). Will do ASQ and ASQ-SE next visit and talk with preschool staff about a possible referral for speech services. She is not getting WIC because she has no transportation while her children are working. Also talked about her possible eligibility for Fresh Bucks Program. Will work with her on resolving the WIC issue. Discussed how she is taking care of herself while she is watching to young ones and her husband has come from Somalia and has cancer. She says that her strength comes from Allah and her children. She will possibly be going home for the month of July.
