Provider wanted assistance with the developing of the letter and didn’t want this to also stress her out. Assisted provider with the letter after Provider asked the mother for her lawyer’s info once finished with explaining that she would no longer be conducting the visits as it is a wear and tear on her time and that some more work obligations would be coming up. Provider said she understood and gave her the info. reviewed letter for grammatical errors and spelling and proceeded to send the letter to all involved parties – social worker, supervisor, and mother’s lawyer.
