Notes for this Consultation
Consultation with provider and they are completely stressed out with the house that she is renting because some time during the previous night the furnace went out and the house woke up in a semi-blistering cold. Provider had to call PSE to make sure that the heat was not cut off do to a past bill, although provider knew she was up-to-date. Stated that PSE did not turn it off and will send someone out to check the furnace in between other jobs. Provider is frustrated because after the PSE tech checked it became a electrical issue and provider had to submit another maintenance request and the latest was Thursday. Provider had to go and purchase a space heater to keep the bedrooms warm enough for both her ad child and grabbed extra blankets to make sure they weren’t overly bothered by the cold.
