Notes for this Consultation
Contacted by provider and shared that they are having a little bit of time with the child expressing their feelings wittingly and fresh/sassy. In the midst of the child’s parent making a request of the child, child responded in a demand of defiance and ignored the request of the mother. Stated that all in the home at the time including child’s older siblings were very vocal about child’s response and demeanor. Provider also had to redirect child and it ended the time they were with them. Encouraged provider to keep with the re-directions.
