Notes for this Consultation
Contacted by provider and consulted about the back & forth decision of attending school. Provider has been very indecisive of what they want to do. They worked with their mother in filling out FASFA and college applications to start the winter course. Provider picked up some more shifts at current employment and may have been the reason for not attending the winter quarter. Suggested to provider to consider taking one or two classes to keep the learning fresh while continuing to work. Along with this issue, provider notices that child in case is displaying more attitudes and had been in need of extra treatment for their asthma.
