Notes for this Consultation
Provider stressed about her friend and grandmother of one of her families who had continued to suffer from covid-19 symptoms after over 25 days. Asked for wellness check from nurse consultant. The nurse said that the grandmother said that she her reluctant to return to the hospital because she is afraid she will never come out. Nurse spoke to both her and her husband who seemed distrustful of doctors and hospitals. They agreed to call and allow the emt to come to them. They also agreed to another wellness check call in the morning from the nurse. The nurse expressed that she pushed for the grandmother to go to the hospital for treatment evaluation and interventions as recommended. The grandmother refused.
