The mother called me after receiving missed calls from the provider. We discussed the baby’s health and her health. I asked if she’s seen a doctor after moving here and she said no. Then I questioned about postpartum depression, and she said she feels a lot better. I kept talking to her until she got anxious about our program and thought that we would give her information to the government. I reassured her about our program, and she sounded calm. And then suddenly she said I don’t want the program and don’t need diapers anymore. |
