Contacted by provider and thanked for the card and it was helpful. Provider had been struggling with finances since being laid off of work for the season. Been struggling with unemployment and receiving the correct account. Also has been behind on the rent causing severe stress and anxiety. Went over more paperwork from SSI and find that their name was on another person documents. Suggested to call and let SSI know, supported with the call and was informed to mail documents back or take to office directly. Advised to take the forms in to be sure they receive. |
