Provided information about the health fair and provider thanked and responded that they will be there on Saturday and updated on the FTDM that took place by phone and the disastrous beginning with the mother erratic with the social workers, the other sibling’s father, and the continuous back and forth from the the child’s case and the siblings case. Provider stated they asked to keep the case on the child in care as that what was the meeting was for and that no visitations will happen at the home due to all the potential danger surrounding the bio mother. Continue to support the provider in the continuance of the shelter placement of child.
