Consultation with Provider and observed getting assistance with sorting medications. Provider shared that her medicine has been changed several times by the doctors ever since the incident that had her at the emergency room the past week. Provider was also assisting with the volunteering as they do every Tuesday to maintain dexterity and stay busy. In some of the discussion Provider was stating they wish they grandchild was still younger to participate in KPL. Encouraged Provider to continue participating and giving suggestions and ideas as it keeps the brain fresh and invigorating. |
