Contacted with provider and discussed that the job has been going well. Wanted to find out about meeting because of some stresses going on inside of the home with the two adult daughters and teenage son that is causing turmoil and keeping the provider from finding time to care for child. Setup time to meet and advised provider to remind the adult children that they are adults and not teenagers/children. Provider’s perspective on parenting is misconstrued from lack of consistent parenting during their childhood. |
