Consultation with Provider, she shared the interaction between the child and child’s mother. Provider had called mother to iron out details for the weekend care. Stated that during the call mother was fussing at child and baby. Provider stated that she would chime in here and there to hopefully guide the mother in better discipline. Found mother to be highly agitated even at times when provider would ask mother some general conversational questions. Advised provider to keep the conversation as causal as possible while implementing some sound advice. Provider also stated that she wasn’t pleased about child lying about not being able to watch TV while eating. Suggested to speak with child to determine his feelings about visiting.
