Consulted with provider about the conversation had with child’s mother about a missing jacket. Provider explained all that was in the bag was specific items and the jacket wasn’t. Provider stated they remained calm and low-tone while speaking with mother as she began going from 0 to 100. Provider suggested asking the daycare if they took it out and hung it up as that has been the occasion before when child was picked up, mother defiantly stood on the their word that it wasn’t there and it was lost. Provider shared that later on the day mother said that the jacket was at the daycare and that the provider was right. Provider stated that they responded that they were happy it was found. Provider knows to tread lightly with mother as mother is explosive and has many triggers. |
