Consultation with provider and her disappointment in not being able to assist child’s mother with transportation. Provider shared that the child’s father bought a car but not for the child and mother to be safe but just to have and stated “you missed your blessing cause of your mouth” not considering that his child is at risk in a vehicle that could breakdown at any moment. Also stated that father doesn’t offer to take to school. Provider encouraged to continue to support child. |
