Provider was very emotional as she talked about her past abuse and that she is hearing that her husband has been deported. She has asked that I call the DV advocate and see if she knows if her husband is really gone. She is glad he is deported because she no longer has to fear for her safety and can continue to watch the children without being afraid. Discussed how her fears and anxiety impact her ability to provide healthy care for the children. She is having trouble getting her medication and that is also impacting her energy level and her ability to keep up with the kids. She will make one more attempt with the pharmacy and call me if she needs additional support. Had her pick an activity that will help her to feel better about herself. |
