Provider is having trouble getting one of her medications due to cost. Gave her the name of a low-cost Pharmacy. She reports eating better and not giving the kids the junk food that is in their house, but takes over healthy choices-even though she can’t afford to buy them. Gave her information on some additional low-cost fruit and veggie stands close to her home. She continues to want to exercise, but hasn’t yet started. Discussed how she can involve the children where she can get exercise when she is with them. She says that she often does things for them that she won’t do for herself, so perhaps using them as a motivation could help her and them at the same time. Her grandson continues to go to speech therapy and his speech is improving. |
