Provider discussed how the grief and loss of loosing her sister is making her drink more and she says that she is often hung over when the kids come. She doesn’t play with them because she doesn’t feel good and then they get into things and get in trouble. Discussed how physical play will help their muscles and brain develop. She expressed concern over her youngest granddaughter not talking. Explained ASQ and ASQ-SE screenings to her and the steps to take for her to get help. She will talk with mom about it. With SIC support, client was able to get her sister cremated, now just has to have the service. |
