Consultation with Provider and discussed the earlier in the week disruption from child’s mother call about someone taking the child’s shoes off his feet. Provider shared that they had been thinking about the child and mother and what transpired. Provider stated that she actually found the lost/stolen shoes in her home. It never came upon her to look because of the adamant behavior of someone taking the shoes embarked by the mother. Helped the Provider to process the situation and provider remembered that the child had the shoes on when provider picked him up in an emergency family situation going on with the mother. It’s apparent that the mother had so much turmoil going on that she couldn’t remember. continue to work with Provider in dealing with child’s mother. |
