Provider reported that she went to Northwest Trek with two of her grandchildren that she watches and she got plenty of exercise. She said that she felt better and that the activity helped her to get her mind of all the crap going on with her other grandson. Talked about making a plan for tomorrow to keep her busy and stop thinking about the situation she has no control over. She thinks the younger kids know when she is depressed because she doesn’t really want to play with them. |
