Consultation with Provider. Provider has not only be dealing with child’s mother’s health issues, but now has gotten word that child’s paternal grandmother is not doing well at all. All the adults have decided to first gather all of the enough information about the health status and steps with paternal grandmother before discussing with the child and siblings. Provider also shared that child has finally gotten their phone and has been already on it way too much. Stated that mother has set time limits during the day and night to keep child from overdoing it on the phone. Provider supports this decision. Continue to encourage Provider in making healthy choices and supporting child.
