Discussed Providers continued issues with getting her basic healthcare needs addressed. Her clinic continues to have a high turnover of Doctors and she does not have a consistent Provider. Reports that since she started watching her two younger grandchildren more often that they have become closer to her and no longer have separation anxiety when their parents leave. Talked about how young children learn by doing and what activities she can do with them when she watches them this weekend. Continues to have issues with the parents having nutritious food in the house when she comes. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford to continue to buy food for them. |
