Provider stressed regarding her homes water was shut off by Seattle utilities due to long overdue bills. Consultation work through out the day checking resources in efforts to restore service. However, the major known barrier the bill is in her landlord name and all referral resources required the bill be in her name. Talked to provider landlord and was unable to get need coordination or cooperation. Continuing efforts.
