Provider shared that mother has mentioned a few times of child waking up very early in the morning and going back to sleep between 2-3 hours later. Provider shared that they mentioned to the mother to contact the doctor. Consultation to provider that there may not be any need to contact the doctor until it becomes more consistent and that it could be a phase and that the noise/light from Mother’s TV wakes child. Provider also shared that it is very difficult for child to get hair done. Consulted to try the toy hair care tools and have child play as if they were doing their hair to ease the discomfort and fear. |
