Notes for this Consultation

Gave Providers son the food for Provider’s gkids. Due to COVID-19 we did not do a face to face, but he took the food out of my car when he was picking up Providers gson who spends time with his mom and then the Provider. Provider had surgery earlier in the week and could not get the food herself.
