Notes for this Consultation

Consultation with Provider and provider explained the stresses with the apartment and the policy change with smoking in the complex which disrupts the medical necessity of provider. Provider shared that on days when her body hurts and the weather being bad doesn’t allow her to go down the stairs without pain. Provider also is having severe issues with her job and is causing anxiety as stated and provider is needing to increase her mental health services. Referred provider back to BHA that is working with her medical provider.
