Notes for this Consultation
Consultation with provider as they were at the library assisting with a visit with the child, mother, and sibling. Provider has been stressed because the child has been sick and just started feeling better. The first time out for the child has been to be seen at the doctors and then the visit where provider believes child got sick from sibling. Provider also shared that they are looking for the social worker to find a supervisor provider to support the family. |
