Notes for this Consultation
Consultation with provider and provider has been slightly stressed with continuing to take on family members. Provider has recently taken in his sister’s daughter, his niece as she has had trouble with his aunt. This isn’t uncommon for the provider as the child in care came as provider taking child in for a previous friend. Provider has also taken on being a father to a child that is not biologically his. Provider has supported these children provided care for by engaging them into counseling. |
