Notes for this Consultation

Consultation with the provider and young child. Provider was assisting the mother with a visit since child was removed from home and placed with the father. Child is very healthy and happy. Seems to be developing very well with sitting up and using sensory methods with hands and mouth. Provider discussed the stressful parameters of this situation as they want to be a support to the mother but need to remain as unbiased as possible for the child’s success.
