Notes for this Consultation

Provider stressed about his grandchild and her mother continues to be harassed by the child’s father using law enforcement. The provider’s 3year old grandchild mother called to say that her and the provider were on the way to
pick up the child., when the child’s father sent a message that he was not returning their child after his supervised visit. Consultation to contact police to assist her in return. Police located the child , the father had taken the child to children’s hospital where her was attempting to use law enforcement to again harass the mother and take custody from her and give to him by making false accusations of sexual assault and child supervision neglect against the provider and the child’s mother. Provided Child protection team consultation and support. The police conduct provider, child and mother interviews regarding child sexual assault. Conclude provider and child’s mother safe to discharge child to.
