Provider reports that she continues not to get any response from the tribe or any one from the state of Washington about the youngest child put in her care. “The tribe ask me if my son is the father of this baby.” “How I know, I not there when they make him.” “Even if he is not my sons, I raise him like my own because I love him like he is mine.” Talked about the bonding that is happening with the baby and the family. “He was so sad and dirty when he come.” “Now he happy and laugh and he love my oldest son.” Provider still struggles with multiple health issues and needs to have the baby in day care so she can continue to take care of herself. Because mom did drugs when she was pregnant with him, she would like to have him screened to see if he is OK. Habitat has not sent her anything yet.
