Consultation with the Provider and child present. Child had grown since last seen and lost two front teeth. Child shared that they were 5 and would be going to kindergarten and has a friend but forgot their name. Seemed happy and well. Provider shared they’ve been doing well and had moved to the new area around May and it’s closer to his place of employment. Observed a moment of parental instruction when provider reminded the child to say excuse me before interrupting while people are talking. Child corrected herself and said excuse me and proceeded. Provider stated that he would hopefully be starting online classes at Penn State since the finalization of the adoption. Would like info on Disaster readiness and nutritional meal preparation.
